40 D Ball over the shoulder (20 for woman)

30 D ball squats (20 For woman)

20 Kcal Ski

10 Alt sand bag hill runs

50 sync sit-ups

40 Axle gtoh 50k

30 axle facing burpees

30 Kcal ski

10 Alt Sand bag hill runs (20kg Bags) 5 each.

Womans Axle load

deadlift = 1 x 25lb + 1 x 15k es

Clean & GTOH = 1 x 25lb each side
