Watch the foot position

Use big hip drive

Slight Squat in the catch

No dropping of the bar

20 min AMRAP of:

30 Cal Row

30 Wall Balls

30 Hang Power Cleans

30 Cal Row

30 Bar Over Burpees

Split every round so each partner does

15 of each movement each round
