Sundays FMP session is always a gruelling session and used by many to sweat away the sins of Saturday night. This class promises one thing, and that’s you will be ready for your chilled Sunday after this work-out.

The class is broken down into 2-4 parts and consists of barbell, body weight  and cyclical movements carefully crafted together to challenge each individual over the 1 hour long session. Again like all other classes on offer the class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
