What we offer

CrossFit Clitheroe is like no other gym. We are dedicated to our community: our Clients.

Our doors open  early and close  late, and no matter what time you attend there will be always someone there to help, and coach you through the daily W.O.D. (work-out of the day), or your goal specific training. At CrossFit Clitheroe we coach.

Gym Structure.

On Ramp Course: For those with no prior CrossFit experience this is your entry point to the programme. This course teaches you the basic skills you will require to tackle the daily W.O.D. or to take part in the group sessions. The on ramp course can be done in individual sessions or as a group. Contact a coach for details.

Group Sessions: Our most popular option. A proven method of success. Enhancing the qualities of CrossFit and the ‘sport of fitness’. The group sessions cater for all levels and as with all of our programmes they are completely scalable. Group sessions are available every morning and evening, booking maybe required.

Open Gym: Not available in all CrossFit gyms, CrossFit Clitheroe is pleased to be able to offer an open gym policy. Due to the size of our affiliate and the extensive equipment we hold we are available to offer an open gym policy throughout the day. Both open gym and group sessions require completion of the on-ramp course, or prior demonstated CrossFit experience.

One to One Sessions: Some athletes prefer the undivided attention of a coach, accordingly we offer one to one sessions with a coach.
