CrossFit Rowing is a different type of WOD than what you are used to. We break down the complexities of the rowing stroke to make you more efficient and confident on the Concept II Rower. Unlike a lot of CrossFit movements, rowing is not a strength exercise, it’s all about technique and endurance. We have a lot of fun in this class, there’s always a skill section that we focus on, as well as a fun but testing Rowing WOD to keep your fitness levels high and progress you moving forward. All abilities are welcome, anyone can row on the Concept II and we always scale other movements to accommodate every individual.
