10 Banded side steps each side

20 Banded Good mornings.

20 Air squats

20 Lunges

Weightlifting

Back Squat (20 Rm )

“20RSC”

Session 2 – add 2.5kg to last Fridays squat and perform 1 set of 20 reps. (Weight should be 27.5kg heavier than starting load) If you failed the last then repeat that.

Conditioning
