Movement & Ability Assessment
For those who are new to our CrossFit program this is your entry point. This 1 hour assessment teaches you the basic skills you will require to tackle the daily WOD (workout of the day) or to take part in the group sessions, and gives us the chance to assess your current movement and fitness ability. At CrossFit Clitheroe, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you start the program at the correct intensity for your current ability. Coached by a CrossFit Clitheroe coach, and delivered on a one to one basis, the Movement & Ability assessment is designed to get you to your first group class with the knowledge and techniques you need to be safe when using the equipment and following our program.
